Here's the details for our annual group trip. Our destination this year will be Mont St. Anne and Le Massif, Quebec.
PRICING:
Bus and Accommodation only: $220.00
Bus and Accommodation + one day lift ticket: $290.00
Bus and Accommodation + two days lift ticket: $355.00
Bus and Accommodation + three days lift ticket: $420.00
Accommodation Includes: 2 Queen size bedroom(4 people per room) and includes continental breakfast. Room arrangement will be assigned closer to the trip date.
NOTE: Please specify which lift ticket(s) you want(Mont St. Anne or Le Massif) to purchase. The pricing above is based on 40 people.
ITINERARY:
Trip Duration: Feb. 17-21, 2011
Estimated Time of Departure: Feb. 17 (Thursday) 6-7 PM.
Meeting place: Yorkdale mall.
Estimated Time of Arrival at St. Anne: Feb. 18 (Friday) 7-8 AM (depends on weather/traffic condition)

IMPORTANT NOTE: (Night Riders of St. Anne)
Our bus will be providing the shuttle service to both ski resorts and back to our hotel accommodation. The bus will only provide a morning drop off(9am) and evening pick up at (5pm). Sorry. There's no shuttle bus from the hotel to the ski resorts. I'll keep you all updated if we do find one.
Feb. 18 - 1st Day of Riding: Mont LeMassif (9am-5pm)
Meet at our bus: 5-5:30pm
Feb. 19 - 2nd Day of Riding: Mont St. Anne (9am-5pm)
Meet at our bus: 5-5:30pm
Feb. 20 - 3rd Day of Riding: back to Mont St. Anne (9am-5pm)
Meet at our bus: 5-5:30pm
Leaving St. Anne, Quebec at 7pm
Feb. 21 - Arriving at Yorkdale ETA: 5-7am

DEPOSIT:
A deposit of $220.00 CDN is needed by December 12 (Sunday) to cover transportation and accommodation. The remaining balance is due on January 16, 2011.
